Terms & Conditions
Commercial and acceptable-use terms for ImageGrid.
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These Terms govern access to ImageGrid and its related web and API surfaces. ImageGrid is operated by Ryan Rhode ("Ryan Rhode", "we", "us", or "our"), an Ontario sole proprietorship.
Service nature
ImageGrid is a hosted developer-facing image-processing service operated by Ryan Rhode. The product is still evolving, and some features may be limited, changed, or withdrawn as the platform matures.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of credentials
- keeping API keys and user access appropriately scoped
- using the service only for authorized workloads
- notifying Ryan Rhode if you suspect unauthorized access
Acceptable use
You must not use ImageGrid to:
- violate law or third-party rights
- process content you are not authorized to use
- probe, overload, or abuse the service
- evade quotas, access controls, or security measures
- upload malware or attempt to weaponize the platform
Ryan Rhode may suspend or refuse access to ImageGrid where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or platform protection.
Billing and plans
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. The checkout page identifies the price, applicable tax, renewal interval, seller or merchant of record, and any additional payment terms before purchase.
Some eligible automated subscriptions may be sold through Link, with Link acting as merchant of record. Those checkouts and receipts display “Sold through Link,” and Link or Stripe handles transaction payments, receipts, invoices, taxes, payment disputes, and transaction-level refund requests under the terms shown at checkout. ImageGrid remains responsible for providing and supporting the ImageGrid service. Displayed self-serve prices sold through Link include applicable transaction taxes.
CDN Delivery includes the fixed delivery allowance shown at purchase. Delivery pauses when that allowance is exhausted for the billing period; ImageGrid does not add automatic CDN overage charges. Higher capacity, when available, is a separately selected fixed plan or written order.
Other purchases, including professional, custom, or enterprise services, may be sold directly by Ryan Rhode under a separate order or agreement. Human-delivered services are not sold through Link as automated digital products.
You can cancel an eligible self-serve subscription through the order-management or billing link provided for that subscription. Unless the checkout terms, applicable law, or an approved refund state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Refund requests should be made through Link support when the purchase was sold through Link, or through the ImageGrid contact page for a direct purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Plans, quotas, prices, and billing behavior may change over time. Material price or renewal changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.
Availability
ImageGrid is provided on an as-available basis. The service may undergo maintenance, changes, or access restrictions when needed to protect platform stability or customer data.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for the lawfulness of the data and content you submit. Ryan Rhode may store, transform, meter, retain, or delete that data as described in ImageGrid product behavior, plan policy, retention policy, and the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ryan Rhode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ImageGrid. Direct liability, if any, should be limited to amounts paid for the relevant service period.
Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to use the contact page to give Ryan Rhode a reasonable opportunity to review and try to resolve the dispute informally.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ImageGrid must be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
