• Resize, optimize, tile, grid_render, and tile_patch operations
• Account-scoped API keys, plan visibility, quotas, and billing management

Near-term priorities

Better commercial UX

Near-term follow-up work includes:

• clearer plan comparison and upgrade messaging
• tighter billing and subscription visibility inside the account area
• more polished account onboarding and support handoff paths

Broader integration tooling

The API and docs are the primary integration path today. Next steps focus on making that path faster to adopt and easier to validate in real projects.

Planned improvements include:

• richer quickstart examples and client snippets
• clearer guidance for staging and production integrations
• safer rollout guidance for teams moving real traffic onto the API

Runtime hardening

Planned hardening work includes:

• stronger HTTP security defaults and rate limits on high-risk routes
• more predictable caching behavior for docs and signed artifact responses
• clearer performance guidance for higher-volume integrations

Larger workload path

Some tile and grid workloads need review before they fit the public self-serve plans.

Planned follow-up work includes:

• a clearer path for unusually large rebuilds and high-volume tile workflows
• published guidance on when to use self-serve plans and when to contact ImageGrid
• capacity validation before any larger workload tier is offered publicly
